Scaled Solutions Ltd. is a laboratory testing facility established in February 1999. The company specialises in the selection of chemical additives under field applied conditions with particular emphasis on Scale and Corrosion control. Its Managing Director, Dr Gordon M Graham and Laboratory Manager, Mr Ian J Littlehales, have between them more than 20 years' direct experience in laboratory aspects involved in the examination of water-based flow assurance additives.
We have invested in state of the art laboratory facilities and high calibre personnel to offer a complete range of laboratory services for chemical selection under oilfield production conditions. Tests are designed to determine optimised application strategies, which are often based upon several performance indicators.
In response to customer demand and requirements, the company has continually expanded to include a full range of inhibitor performance testing and analysis together with extensive core flooding capabilities.

Corrosion control facilities were introduced in 2001 and further expanded in 2002. More recently, we have introduced facilities for chemical testing under 'gas lift' applications and under anaerobic conditions.
To continue to meet our customers' requirements, we have now further expanded our laboratory facilities. We are also progressing innovative solution-driven research and development projects to help solve new and existing flow assurance challenges within the oil and gas production sector.
